Our new remote site clock in/out feature provides ability for managers/admins to make your employees select a predefined location before clock in/out.
How to Use This Feature?
You can enable the option of forcing employees to select the remote sites they are working on by
Admin tab>> Account setting and scroll down to Time Clock setting and enable this option:
(Note : This option is only available while clocking in/out from the browser app)
When employee Clocks In, he can simply select the option to update the remote site:
Select the appropriate location from the existing list:
It will be marked on the time frame of employee:
And later it can be seen by managers in manage timesheets option:
This feature can help managers to determine number of employees working at remote location and also clock in/out behavior on remote sites.
